Zip Apps – Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
Zip Apps is made by Malby Enterprises LLC (Dave Malby). This policy covers the Zip Apps Android app and the website zipapps.pages.dev.
What we collect
Nothing about you. There is no account and no sign-up. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, or location history.
ZIP codes you type
The ZIP code you type is used on your phone to look up the answer from data files on our website. We do not save it on our server or link it to you.
Your location (only if you tap "use my location")
Some tools can use your phone's location to find your ZIP code. This only happens if you tap the button and allow it. It is used on your phone right away and is not sent to us or stored.
Lists you make (ZipFridge, ZipStorage)
Your items, photos and notes are stored only on your phone. Deleting the app or clearing its data deletes them.
Weather and radio
ZipWeather gets the forecast for a ZIP's map point from a public weather service. ZipRadio plays a station's stream straight from that station's website when you tap Listen. Those services see a normal web request from your phone (like any website).
Ads
The bar at the bottom of each screen is our own house ad for products we make (Never-Broke, Penny Bracelets, CoinPik, CamStand, ScanBoard, Zip Code USA). There are no ad networks, no advertising ID, and no tracking. Tapping an ad just opens that product's website.
Children
Zip Apps is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.
